7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• All original tags and labels must be intact
• Product must not be damaged by the customer
• Custom/personalized items cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• We will arrange a free reverse pickup
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are credited to your bank account (NEFT/UPI).

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
